The secret to losing weight consistently is know by man for thousands of years. Loosing weight is all about changing your diet and changing your workout. So what is the secret here? You have to be willing to CHANGE. If you do what you always did you get what you always got. You have to DICIDE you are going to change. By making that firm commitment to yourself, you will stay on track also on times when it is the hardest. And that consistency will bring you to mastery at the end of the road. No quick fixes no shortcuts just hard work will bring you to your end goal. That’s how it is, that’s how it was and that is how it always will be.
Taking baby steps in the beginning is also essential to succeed. Don’t do anything to radical in the begin phase of your new diet. Those radical changes tend to backfire in the long run. You’ll be getting so frustrated by the new strict diet that you’ll decide that it’s nothing for you and you go right back to were you started. Instead just make little adjustments every week. Lower the intake of a certain amount of food that is considered unhealthy instead of eliminating it all together.

If you DECIDE to do this for just 10 weeks you’ll finally get that body you’ve always wanted! You’ll lose that weight and you’ll feel much more energy going through your body.
